🌾 八爪魚 👉🏻 來自北海道,檸檬片上係八爪魚嘅吸盤,配以生磨wasabi,另外再配埋醬油漬wasabi,超爽脆嘅吸盤釀入醬油漬wasabi,勁攻鼻,口感一流。


🌾 筋子蘿蔔蓉 👉🏻 筋子即係新鮮三文魚籽,比一般嘅三文魚子更彈牙新鮮,配埋蘿蔔蓉,能中和到魚籽嘅咸鮮。

🌾 昆布醬油燒白子 👉🏻 白子表面微焦,而裡面仍保持到豆腐般嘅口感,而昆布酱油嘅香气会渗到白子裡面,更加入味。


🌾 目光魚 👉🏻 鹿兒島嘅特產嘅目光魚,酥炸後口感似薯條,裡面嘅魚肉重好鮮嫩。

🌾 甘目鯛壽司 👉🏻 嚟自伊豆熱海市,肉質清淡爽滑。


🌾 帆立貝壽司 👉🏻 嚟自清森縣嘅帆立貝壽司整個口戈配昆布漬,昆布漬嘅酸甜,令到口感更清新。


🌾 關鯖壽司 👉🏻 嚟自大分縣嘅鯖魚,味道較濃郁,肉質細膩滑嫩。
