一上到黎已經滴汗,得獎湯羹居然漏晒嘢咁款,唔係呀嘛。個湯特別之處在於嗰啲圓粒粒豆腐,話係手工野,口感lum都冇咩口感,啲魚蓉又腥腥地,啲菇粒還可以。整體只覺得好油好肥,特別啲嘅蛋花湯,去飲手工啤仲開心啲

飲左兩淡湯,已經上菜(趕到呢..)

2. 金獎茶皇熏雞

隻雞好似炸子雞,咁快整好,端出嚟仲要膠蓋cup住,令人不禁聯想到微波爐。不過係熱同脆皮既,只係想飲多兩淡湯都怕隻雞凍左。隻雞味道ok,熏得夠香味。啲雞皮同肥膏口感都不錯,要趁熱食。不過啲雞肉就比較佬,同埋鞋,無乜肉汁。賣相擺盤都比較普通,真係唔似酒店菜。

食左幾舊雞,佢地已經急不及待一口氣上埋最後兩道菜,可能趕住收工掛。

3. 六頭鮑魚扣冬菇 ($238位)

一見到以為咁好死上錯隻30頭吉品鮑比我地,隻鮑細到呢。食落真心一般,比較韌,仲要把刀又鈍喎,好難切。似係平時酒樓推介個啲$100鮑。啲冬菇同菜就冇話咩好唔好食啦,都係正常配菜水準。

4. 富貴櫻花蝦蛋白炒飯

賣相ok既,啲櫻花蝦睇落比較似碎蝦干。個飯炒得唔錯,係整體鹹咗少少。佢比較特別係用咗青豆,本身覺得佢cheap,不過其實係令到個喊道同口感好啲,同埋唔係用雪藏豆既。不過啲櫻花蝦干就冇咩特別,唔講都唔知係櫻花蝦咁名貴,不過加埋瑤柱炒,整體都算係唯一不錯既。

食到最後打包左半碟飯走。因為啲野上到快餐咁,真係令胃口減低不少。唔知真係以為去咗酒樓定茶餐廳...

總結

最後埋單連茶錢$1445,講真唔平,啲嘢都比較普通,水準又唔係特別好,真係唔係好值依個價。


餐廳裝修唔錯,係感覺豪華金煇閃閃既。不過人手令人感覺唔夠,叫服務員都要舉手大叫幾次。不過有一位服務員,招呼都算殷勤,埋單都同我吹左陣水,透露其實廚師都換左幾次,所以無左米知蓮等級都知咩事,簽單都比低$20tips 為表尊重。
