之前同同事講左好耐要食好西,本來諗住buffet,但唔知點解講起北京片皮鴨,蒐集完資料後,最後決定黎大都烤鴨食野。呢度處理烤鴨係以開放式廚房進行,所以唔怕醜怪可以棟係玻璃前望下師傅處理烤鴨都得既🤪!嚟前記得早兩日訂檯啦,我地星期五去食星期四訂檯都話Full Booking,好彩Walk-in 4人以下都有少量位。黎呢度緊係食烤鴨啦,除左散嗌,亦可以叫套餐。就算唔食填鴨都可以食其他鴨子料理,一共有十款食法,都未計後面仲有鴨舌啊之類既選擇。係鴨黎之前我地叫左籠小籠包,一籠四隻,啱啱蒸出籠熱辣辣。夾小籠包都係一門技術,要用柔力,唔係好易穿。呢度小籠包皮薄餡多湯汁,輕輕咬一口D肉湯流曬出黎。我地三個人叫左一隻全鴨,除左配置兩籠荷葉餅,仲有京蔥、蜜瓜、青瓜、紅心蘿蔔等配料,另外有鴨醬同白砂糖,當然唔少得已經片起左既鴨皮同鴨肉啦。荷葉餅一籠六塊左右,超薄。主角烤鴨,鴨皮呈焦糖褐色,如果掀開研究,會發現皮下面連住個層鴨脂肪都被師傅片走左,所以塊鴨皮係完全唔油膩架。將所有材料擺係荷葉餅之後包起,我冇落白砂糖而係落鴨醬,好似加左麥芽糖去熬製一樣,濃稠而香甜。捲起送入口,咬過清爽既蔬菜,京蔥辛香味提升了鴨

其實兩籠荷葉餅並唔夠一隻鴨包,再加六張就要加40蚊,但由於包完兩籠我地三個都覺得食唔落更多澱粉,所以冇加單。就咁靜食埋剩低既鴨肉同埋皮,鴨皮好香脆好似紙咁薄,而鴨肉味道好濃郁,又係另一種享受。最後人均200零蚊,我覺得其實好抵。
