To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前聽講此店好像是某大酒店廚師開的,而且旺角店亦要排長龍,所以我反而去比較少人的深水步店,入到去已有茶在台上,用膠樽盛的,好像枱枱一樣的我沒理,因我是來吃點心的,叫了酥皮焗义燒包,欖菜四季豆餃及`蝦干肉片飯....總括:酥皮焗义燒包好食是肯定的,肉片飯比較差,餃一般....但以十餘元一碟亦可以接受,除非你對食物要求很高,最好在上午開門及下午茶時去,因比較少人..
