今個6月無得去日本對我打擊實在太大,思鄉病非常嚴重,要不停搵日本好嘢食先可以平衡到我既心情....香港出色嘅天婦羅專門店唔係有好多,喺酒店入邊嗰間早年已經試過,今日嚟到上環試下呢一間小店,呢度嘅特色係食omakase ,即係又係廚師發板明天婦羅都有得廚師發板?坐bar位可以睇住師傅整天婦羅,仲可以同師傅傾下計咁,非常好!先黎個前菜,蟹肉大根煮,唔好睇少呢一個前菜,看似好簡單,但要整得好絕對唔容易,大根用中間最甜既部分,蒸到剛熟,再用蟹肉加上濃湯放係上面,佢仲要加埋海膽係上面,真係超高級享受吖!大根,蟹肉同海膽,3樣唔同既清甜放埋一齊,真係大滿足吖!刺身三點盛,分別係油甘魚,帶子同埋北海道海膽,唔多講喇,(今日重點唔係呢d)新鮮就是好味!野菜沙律主角就出場,先黎咗蘿蔔蓉,岩鹽,檸檬同埋天婦羅汁先,蘿蔔蓉圓滾滾咁,我欣賞咗佢好耐先捨得將佢放落天婦羅汁入面~問過師傅,佢話呢度用蕃紅花油黎炸天婦羅,話炸出黎會比起麻油會輕形d同健康d!第一件係海蝦,每一件師傅都會指示用邊隻調味,海蝦用鹽或者天婦羅汁.佢連蝦頭都做埋天婦羅.海蝦唔算好大隻,但非常彈牙,個人比較喜歡用岩鹽調味,蝦頭脆卜卜,伴以天婦羅
