To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🌟剝皮魚:黎自大分縣嘅剝皮魚,師傅將佢切成幼條,再撈左醬油同自身嘅魚肝,一啲都唔腥🤤
🌟針魚:今個星期開始時令嘅魚,感覺上佢嘅肉質相對上比較淡,雖然魚味唔算太豐厚,但就好鮮甜,餐廳亦都準備左薑葱柚子配豉油,清新而不膩😋👍
🌟獅魚:佢嘅口感比較柔滑同埋細膩,上面配上三星漬,係辣面豉,唔使點豉油都好夠味🤤

🌟中拖羅:師傅建議我哋可以配埋紫蘇葉一齊食,加上竹炭鹽同芥末,可以解膩同多重味道👍
🌟火炙大拖羅:望到啲油份都流晒口水🤤火炙完好香,配埋紫菜同日本大葱,超正😋
🌟牙帶魚:聽聞呢款魚嘅刺身好容易有腥味,但餐廳處理得好好👍輕微嘅火炙可以增加油脂嘅香氣☺️
🌟鰹魚:鰹魚嘅脂肪含量比較少,所以口感比較爽口同清新,洋蔥汁可以突顯魚嘅濃味😍

🌟鹿兒島深海池魚:佢嘅油脂非常之厚,所以入口比較淋身,掃上薄薄嘅豉油,食到淡淡嘅鮮甜🤤
🌟石坦貝:師傅臨俾我哋食之前會拍一拍佢,見到佢即時收縮,代表仲係好新鮮,同埋口感會更加爽脆👍配上少量嘅柚子皮,好清新😋
🌟花竹蝦:算係比較上等嘅蝦類,佢嘅味道特別鮮甜、肉質彈牙、配埋蝦膏更香😋😋

🌟秋刀魚:好好彩食到季尾嘅秋刀魚,佢嘅油份比起其他魚特別重👍可惜又要等到下年先有得再食啦🥲
🌟黑鯥魚:呢款魚冬季係最佳賞味季節,因為油脂會更豐盛,師傅會將佢先漬一漬,再火炙,好香口😍
🌟馬糞海膽:食落去幸福感滿滿,見到師傅都不吝嗇咁樣‘不’啲海膽,十分鮮甜吖👍👍

估唔到呢一間餐廳整甜品都咁掂👍👍真係覺得食完一個都唔夠喉呀,呢個奶凍超級滑,而且奶味超重,配埋面頭嘅抹茶,唔會太甜或者太苦,無論口感、味道定係質感都啱啱好👍👍😍♥️
