To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次嚟到尖東試下朋友推薦既omakase,仲要係我人生嘅第一次,真係既緊張又興奮🥰今次試左佢既價值$1880嘅一人餐,師傅會用時令食材喺你面前逐一處理,確保每一件都係精心炮製。先黎前菜,由左至右係三文魚籽湯葉,和哥山富有柿同埋山芋,每款都好有日本特色,搞到我好期待之後有咩食添🥰然後師傅會將七款刺身逐項咁用心處理,包括有大分縣嘅剝皮魚,厚岸灣既蠔,三星漬配鰤魚,剛剛開季嘅針魚,鰹魚,中拖同大拖,每一款都係時令當做同埋黎自唔同產地。當中我最滿意嘅就係大拖羅,師傅會首先將拖羅火炙,油脂鎖實喺魚身入邊,然後配上紫菜同大蔥一齊食,嗰個油脂感喺口入邊浪左至少5分鐘,令人回味無窮。再黎一款和食,係松葉蟹蓋,這款菜無需太多調味,只是蟹膏和蟹肉已經十分鮮味跟住師傅會為我地預備青檸啫喱,目的係清一清口腔,為接下來的六貫壽司作預備,款款都食得出師傅嘅刀功,當中最令我滿意嘅就係出面少見嘅花竹蝦壽司,師傅會將孩糕放入花竹蝦入面,令到成個壽司嘅鮮味昇華左一個層次。再嚟一個和食,竟然係一個百寶袋,入邊有毛青「蘿蔔」,日本大蜆,安康魚,賣相看似普普通通,但食落味道真係不容忽視,除咗食得出每款食材嘅鮮味,每款食材都配合
