呢間Omakase真係超級期待,佢嘅環境相當有格調,企喺佢門前,好有去咗日本嘅感覺入到餐廳,只有十多個嘅吧枱座位,每一個位都可以望到道邊師傅精心調製料理👍🏻我同朋友今日食嘅$1980嘅餐先付:入面有牛蒡製作嘅濃湯,喜之次、四季豆、荀同麻糬,麻糬仲係師傅特別準備嘅,因為今日係新年第二日,感覺相當清新同好味❤️前菜:五款食物都睇得出師傅嘅心機,炸公魚香脆可口、希靈魚子好有層次感、鴨胸肉肉質鮮嫩、鰻魚加上佢嘅醬汁,更加鮮味、黑豆甘露煮有淡淡嘅甜味😍海膽 牡丹蝦刺身:又係經過師傅醬汁精心醃製,鮮甜得來又好味😆刺身:九繪魚、赤貝、金目鯛用竹葉燻制、北寄貝,當然亦都係十分新鮮,最難能可貴之處,師傅會為每款食材調配唔同嘅醬汁,真係十分用心🥴香箱蟹:師傅超級細心,幫我哋起晒啲蟹肉同埋蟹膏,上面仲鋪咗炸過嘅牛蒡絲,食落滿滿嘅蟹膏,真係好正❤️壽司:池魚、比目魚上面燒過,好有魚油味、赤身用豉油漬嘅做法、中拖羅、葱拖羅,尤其係沖拖羅,師傅現場即制將佢切成魚蓉混合埋配料,口感味道都好出色🥰海鰻用自家製汁再燒過,好花工序處理,睇得出師傅真係對食材有一種執着👍🏻昆布漬海膽+新鮮海膽:呢個又係好好彩,師傅因為新年加咗新
