To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 母親節要飲茶確實係一件好考耐性的功課。因為呢個日子飲茶的輪候時間比平時需要多很多。我們拎了籌，等了兩個多小時才有位入席。專登來這間美心酒樓飲茶都係因為媽媽好懷念好想去有人推點心車的酒樓，所以我們坐車來飲早茶。裝後的美心比較整齊，坐得好舒服，看得出侍應做得很忙碌。我們好像鄉理出省，拿了很多的點心，根本無想過自己個肚能不能容納，可能大家看到那些點心車，心情都有點興奮吧！點了很多的點心，其中一樣最欣賞的係“灌湯餃”😋，真係好好味，湯濃料多。‘’錦滷雲吞‘’有點“漏”，反而‘’蛋撻‘’好淡的味道。整體上都不錯。
