最近很流行吃日本的sukiyaki,而一般高級餐廳的壽喜燒會用A5 和牛,今次第一次黎,先試下美國牛set $488,都好唔錯,性價比十分高,下次可以再試高級的和牛。店家先奉上我喜歡的玄米茶。清酒煮蜆($68)新鮮,煮得剛好,帶微香的酒味。套餐有牛油果柚子沙律,很有份量。極上三色和牛壽司有驚喜,鹽燒黑松露和牛,汁燒葱花和牛,原味薑蓉生和牛,牛味香濃,每一款都在口溶化,很幸福。美國安格斯西冷320g 有十片,份量十足。店員細心介紹有兩種食法,可以先試關西風sukiyaki,先刷牛脂肪,再放牛肉,先燒一邊。再加少少汁,翻轉,再拖幾下吸收汁。然後放入已發勻的日本雞蛋蛋漿,蘸上蛋漿令牛肉質感更嫩滑。野菜拼盤新鮮又豐富。第二個食法就係涮涮鍋shabu shabu,帶甜味的鍋好食到停唔到口,想加個白飯添。最後,食埋吸收晒湯汁的精華的稻庭手打烏冬,完美的結束。
