一到星期六日放假,好似成日都訓到黃朝白晝先起身,一出街就已經天黑,早幾日既星期日終於的起心肝早少少起身約朋友食午飯,我地無特別去揀食咩餐廳,不約而同大家都想食燒味飯,所以去左附近依間燒味餐廳食,餐廳裝修都以懷舊特色為主,一黎到都要等一等位,因為午飯時間都已坐滿客人而餐廳既招牌食神黯然銷魂飯係熱推皇牌,我地當然唔執輸叫左一人一個銷魂飯,除左銷魂飯,都有貴妃雞、燒腩仔等其他不同燒味,所以我地再叫多個脆皮燒腩例牌作小食食神黯然銷魂飯其實就係叉燒蛋飯,連秘製醬汁同菜乾豬骨湯放係木盤上,靚靚煎蛋放係飯面,叉燒齊整切件放係飯旁,搭兩條菜芯叉燒肥瘦適中,形狀同平時食既叉燒有少少唔同,有少許似日本豚角煮既五花肉咁,食落啖啖肉,帶點咬勁而秘製醬汁就係撈落個飯度食,食落甜甜鹹鹹帶薑蓉既味道,味道好夾,一口肉一口飯最適合不過而菜乾豬骨湯飲落都唔錯,完全無味精,飲完都唔會覺得口渴,似足屋企自家煲既味道,所以味道唔會太鹹同濃脆皮燒腩例牌本身我都好中意食肥肉,燒腩仔又會走出我魔掌,例牌份量比想像中多,切件小件點芥末醬食,一口食最好不過肥瘦適中,一層皮、一層肥、一層肉、一層肥再一層肉完全五層比例,入口讚嘆不已,燒腩

本身我都好中意食肥肉,燒腩仔又會走出我魔掌,例牌份量比想像中多,切件小件點芥末醬食,一口食最好不過
