To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

貴得嚟無咩特別,真喺唔明白點解會大推,我諗有時同燒味舖嘅外賣質數差不多,但價錢上就double咗,可能喺因為有位坐嘅堂食,一半喺服務費。唔知喺味因為偏瘦嘅問題,所以咬落口都肉質感覺上麻麻,無論燒肉定叉燒始終都喺半肥瘦喺最好,但喺照睇個樣其實真喺有啲柴。咁嘅價錢其實附近都仲有好多選擇,無必要特別嚟食,當然如果真喺想試吓,建議同落單同事講盡量要肥啲,當日我都聽到隔離枱話咁瘦嘅,唔知係咪其實我唔好彩遇着呢個時間嚟係要食瘦嘅。

今日14/11跟太太食了個午餐,咁都是因為11:45隔離的冰室排長龍,所以快也手搵地方填肚,都是求其一餐,叫了燒鵝飯及叉油雞飯。優點:1.企理,感覺乾淨,台上,地下也沒有肥油遺漬。2.裝修都幾有特色3.飯夠熱4.薑油蔥味濃5.凍檬茶味濃缺點:1.大部份即棄用具,不環保2.飯堂Feel。3.食物性價比低,$60起計/碟4.燒鵝皮硬,入不了口5.叉燒蜜糖味濃,可惜有筋,根本咬不開。寫明是梅頭,到燒蠟鋪也不會是這樣吧,難道食神是吃這個級數。

住東區又鍾意食叉燒嘅朋友,對「新貴香」叉燒唔會陌生。最近發現原來位於炮台山嘅Chop Chop食神叉燒嘅主廚榮師傅,係為前新桂香主廚。呢日嚟到炮台山附近,當然要試吓啦。餐廳有單點之餘,亦有二人及四人餐選擇。除咗燒味外,仲有多款小菜提供。蜜汁燒排骨叉燒($150)- 呢個係餐廳職員推介,聽講係每日新鮮運到嘅排骨燒成,唔係間間燒味店有。師傅利用傳統醃肉及燒法,入囗果然非常高質,燒得好好味,不愧為食神叉燒。原隻燒鵝髀米粉($130)- 原隻燒鵝脾真係好吸引,肉質鮮嫩,入口啖啖肉,味道好正。餐廳環境舒適座位闊落,適合一班朋友或屋企人聚餐。見餐廳除咗一般餐飲和特飲外,仲有紅酒選擇,配合中式燒味,應該有另一番風味。
