To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一向鍾意東南亞美食,今日出開銅鑼灣,聽講呢間印尼餐廳好高質,所以特登同個朋友嚟食餐靚飯。我哋決定今餐食好西,所以一於放盡去食!先嚟個芝士炸碎雞,啲雞炸完之後估唔到仲咁滑同多汁,配埋啲芝士碎同芝士汁嚟食真係好滋味!跟住我哋叫咗個印尼四大天王,呢個真係強烈推介呀,佢啲巴東牛肉做得好好味。朋友想食得健康啲,所以就叫左炒雜菜,加埋牛羊雞鰻魚串燒,燒到好香脆,真係勁滿足!話明放縱,我就叫咗個芒果沙冰,好清甜好爽!朋友柸凍檸檬蜜糖都好唔錯。呢間餐廳好唔錯,一定會再返嚟食過!
