To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚黎到呢間店位於銅鑼灣最旺的圓形行人天橋下邊既印尼小店幫襯。🥢牛骨白鬚-用牛骨煲湯煮麵,內有用攪碎牛肉(牛肉膠)鑲在真牛骨上面,再加4粒牛丸。湯清味美,牛肉味濃,很正。👍🥢馬拉盞炒通菜-極之好味,份量又夠大碟🥢雜菜黃姜原條炸魚飯炸魚唔會太硬,裡面好滑,用黃姜同雜菜整成飯好五。🥢白鱔沙嗲串燒-香滑一流,夠新鮮又juicy . 🥢箭葉果 + 小柑桔 檸檬飲品味道特式,未飲過咁既特飲,都係職員推介,解喝一流。🥢印尼咖啡涼粉冰-咖啡夠香濃,唔會過甜,夾埋涼粉好夾味。有潛質小店,食品出色,並非以裝修吸引,招呼也好親切。可以常來😘😘😘
