去過新加坡既朋友,都一定聽過天天雞飯呢間餐廳。雖然天天雞飯嚟咗香港好多年,但我今日先第一次喺香港食天天雞飯。不過今次我就唔係嗌海南雞飯,反而叫咗其他特色小菜,全部都令人有驚喜🤤黑松露蝦多士:黑松露蝦多士炸得好好,非常脆口。蝦多士上面鋪咗黑松露醬,非常之香。連埋到時一齊食都有好濃既黑松露味!肉骨茶:天天海南雞飯肉骨茶同平時喺香港食嘅肉骨茶唔同,反而好貼近我喺新加坡食過嘅肉骨茶。佢嘅湯底相對比較清淡,帶有胡椒香味。唔似平時食嘅馬來西亞style,有好重藥材味。肉骨亦都好淋,配上豉油後,非常好食。鵝肝黑椒花膠:第一次試用呢個煮法整嘅花膠,估唔到出奇地夾,送飯一流!花膠吸收哂啲汁嘅精華,仲要每塊花膠都夠哂大,食完真係好滿足🫶🏻餐廳環境好闊落舒服,仲要位置好方便,去開銅鑼灣嘅話好推介大家試吓呢間餐廳!

黑松露蝦多士:黑松露蝦多士炸得好好,非常脆口。蝦多士上面鋪咗黑松露醬,非常之香。連埋到時一齊食都有好濃既黑松露味!

肉骨茶:天天海南雞飯肉骨茶同平時喺香港食嘅肉骨茶唔同,反而好貼近我喺新加坡食過嘅肉骨茶。佢嘅湯底相對比較清淡,帶有胡椒香味。唔似平時食嘅馬來西亞style,有好重藥材味。肉骨亦都好淋,配上豉油後,非常好食。
