To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時最常食既一間街坊小店,因為雖然鋪頭小小,但佢既食物絕對不馬虎!佢地會每天用牛骨煲湯底,味道十竹之燶郁。今日晚飯叫左冬蔭功湯河粉配香茅豬排+蟹膏蕃茄河粉+炸蝦餅。蕃茄同蟹膏好夾,個湯食到有用蝦頭去煲,勁香!個香茅豬排佢會揼鬆化才炸,點小小是拉叉辣椒醬食好好味!蝦餅唔係出面買果啲圓型整好左既蝦餅,而係勁大塊的蝦滑整出來既蝦餅,好彈牙!最後叫左龍眼冰,套餐加$8。有差唔多成十粒龍眼肉,我連龍眼肉都食埋。大滿足!😋😋😋😋
