去將軍澳探阿妹,同佢去新都城中心行下同食晚餐,經過一間食潮州菜的四點金飯店,飯店裝修擺設古色古香,好有中國Feel,座位寬敞舒適。阿妹想在此食晚餐,於是就入座了,首先送上熱茶和前菜。餐牌上有很多正宗潮州菜,第一時間當然要點滷水獅頭鵝(上裝),選用正宗澄海獅頭鵝,皮薄肉嫩的獅頭鵝胸分成薄片,啖啖肉好入味,滷水味道調較很美味!點些醋食,更添美味!芋茸香酥鴨件:用芋頭和已去骨的鴨件油炸烹飪而成,兩層有不同口感,外層芋酥胞口酥香,底層鴨件肉質幼嫩,越食越好味!香煎咸牙帶魚:牙帶魚色潮州菜傳統菜色不可缺少的,有多種煮法,今次選擇香煎,牙帶魚表面煎至金黃色,皮香肉嫩,有口感不會油膩,味道帶點咸味,能提升魚的鮮味!
