To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 銅鑼灣糖街銅鑼灣商業大廈地下有一間班蘭葉印尼美食,嗰度嘅座位唔係太多,所以如果食晚飯最好就早啲去。我哋兩個人叫咗個印尼小食拼盤,拼盤嘅炸雞香脆好食,仲有特別嘅黃豆餅,雞翼同埋豆腐等。班蘭燒雞尖塔飯價錢唔係太貴,燒雞配上甜甜辣辣嘅豉油,特別開胃。有斑蘭葉汁嘅飯,顏色翠綠,我哋都食得好滿意。虎蝦花膠湯粉皮女人都鍾意,因為有骨膠原,有三大隻虎🦐,啲粉皮非常之滑,味道都唔錯。椰青健康又有益,所以每次食印尼我都會叫椰青。

班蘭燒雞尖塔飯價錢唔係太貴,燒雞配上甜甜辣辣嘅豉油,特別開胃。有斑蘭葉汁嘅飯,顏色翠綠,我哋都食得好滿意。
