Restaurant: Pandan Leaf Indonesian Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 2020年10月5日 星期一經過四日嘅長假期之後,又要繼續努力工作,今日差唔多去到夜晚六點先走得,真係冇乜時間再喺屋企煮飯,於是就同老婆出到銅鑼灣搵嘢食平時行過呢間舖頭都會有好多工人姐姐幫襯,今日可能比晚飯時間早咗到,所以裏面仲有位置餐牌見到有好多食物選擇,而且大部份都係香港比較少見到,最特別係飯可以要白飯、斑蘭飯、椰汁飯或者黃姜飯,自由選擇室內既環境都唔錯,周圍都見到綠色植物,感覺好似置身係森林一樣,甚至傢俬見到似係竹或者木製添等左陣冇幾耐第一道菜式就送到,係印尼四大天王斑蘭飯,有四個唔同嘅配菜,分別有杞子白切雞、巴東牛肉、茄汁沙甸魚同印尼沙律。每一款配菜同斑蘭飯都好配合,特別係巴東牛肉,咖喱撈飯簡直係一流,而且牛肉好腍,都幾重牛肉味之後有印尼炒貴刁,睇落去好似好細咁,但係食落去兩個人都夠食,初頭第一啖食落去唔算太辣,不過辣味慢慢滲出嚟,愈食愈起勁,好似上咗癮咁呢個係印尼小食拼盤,有五款唔同嘅小食,包括炸雞、炸雞翼、炸秋葵、炸黃豆餅同炸豆腐,每一款炸物都炸得好香脆,而且唔算太油膩。最有驚喜係炸豆腐,因為裏面仍然好嫩滑,入口已經即刻滑入喉嚨。至於黃豆餅豆味好濃,而且食一舊已經好飽肚最後

食咗咁多嘢埋單每人都係百幾蚊,好似行咗去印尼一轉咁,呢排疫情咁嚴重,如果想試吓正宗印尼食物,真係要來呢間餐廳試吓
