最近沙田新開左間潮汕菜,同屋企人即刻去趁下熱鬧試下~叫左個鵝肝同滷水拼盤做前菜。鵝肝粉粉綿綿,入口即化。相對西式鵝肝嚟講,個人認為呢到嘅鵝肝騷味更少,相對易入口。滷水拼盤有鵝片、掌翼、豆腐、廣章同溏心蛋。咩都有少少,可以咩都試吓。食材用咗12種草本滷湯每日新鮮現滷,難怪咁香咁入味。香煎鯧魚幾有驚喜。香煎令到魚油味道出哂嚟,而且令魚肉質感同鮮味更為特出。南澳蠔仔烙好大一盤!蠔仔粒粒肥美。外層酥酥脆脆,加入木薯粉令到口感更為煙靭獨特。海鮮砂鍋粥有蝦、蜆、蠔水等海鮮同有機大米一齊熬煮,超鮮味。米粒軟糯,配埋滷水拼盤食好有潮汕味道。
