第一次食印度菜,要食當然要食正宗架啦。今次突登黎重慶大廈食印度咖哩。一入重慶大廈,直行轉右再直行,好似閃電夾咁行既路線,見到個lift,搭上7樓E室就到。入到去,見到個外籍staff會好熱情咁接待你,入面啲staff都係外國人黎架,所以大家要準備發揮下HK english la。威化胡椒餅胡椒餅同一碟綠色既醬汁。胡椒餅未點醬,食落脆卜卜,有重胡椒味。點一點綠色既醬汁,初頭食落係薄荷味,後黎感受到有少少辣同胡椒味。濃汁咖喱蝦呢個醬汁深紅色,睇落吓親唔太食得辣既我。呢個醬汁係紅咖哩,醬汁"潔"身,入面有唔少既蝦,蝦肉肥美,醬汁食落有少少甜味,同埋唔係好辣咋。特色香料雞係以一個鐵碗裝住,呢個雞同蝦既醬汁都係紅色。但仔細睇就會知分别,呢個係大紅色,咖哩蝦就係深紅色,當然味道都唔同啦。呢個醬就比較多汁,入面雞塊大大舊。我就鐘意食"潔"身啲既咖哩醬多啲啦。蒜蓉烤餅食印度菜式一定要叫個烤餅呃like。呢個烤餅有3大塊,烤餅上面見到有啲蒜蓉,烤餅軟軟地,就咁食都幾好味,但蒜蓉味偏淡。呢個烤餅可以點啲咖哩醬食。芒果乳酸呢個芒果乳酸虽然見唔到有芒果,但有好重嘅芒果味,有少少酸似濃味乳酪。
