我法國老闆以前住灣仔,佢勁鍾意食印度菜,所以介紹咗呢間正宗印度餐廳俾我😍餐廳裝潢佈置有濃厚嘅印度色彩,座位多而寬敞,仲有好多窗,幾開陽! 其實唔算太熟悉印度菜,好彩餐廳都圖文並茂,好方便。前菜係好香脆嘅印度薄餅加三款醬汁南印度素菜班戟($88)一向都喜歡印度薄餅,今次就試吓呢款班戟。 佢係用米漿,加入洋蔥、香料配菜等,煎得熱🔥辣辣又香口。 最緊要係有三款醬汁提供:蕃茄酸辣醬、椰子🥥醬、蘭度豆咖哩,每款各有特色,我最鍾意蘭度豆咖哩,香滑美味。燒去骨雞柳($138)雞柳串好大份,加上紅綠燈籠椒🫑、洋蔥🧅、香草,色彩繽紛,賣相好吸引🤩 雞肉燒得好香,肉質保持嫩滑多汁😋 點上檸檬🍋汁,味道更有層次感什果飯($68)好奇呢款係咪甜品😂 原來係用印度米,再加入牛奶、椰黎、咖哩、菠蘿🍍、腰果、粟米等,食落甜甜地有口感。
