放工約咗喺灣仔同朋友食飯,今次想試啲比較新嘅菜式,所以就決定食印度菜。呢間餐廳嘅裝修俾人一種復古嘅感覺,有唔少印度Bollywood電影嘅海報,座位都好闊落。前菜-印度薄脆片坐低叫完餐之後,就會每台都送上一客薄脆片。佢嘅脆片鹹鹹地,而且有少少黑椒嘅味道,配埋三種特製嘅醬汁。綠色嘅青醬好清新。梅子醬就真係好酸,酸到你流口水,不過夏天食都幾開胃。Pani puri $48呢個炸薯波係印度嘅前菜,外面似打邊爐食嘅山根,餡料方面就有薯蓉,仲有啲鷹嘴豆,食落有有層次口感。最特別係佢嘅醬汁配芒果醬同薄荷醬,兩種截然不同嘅味道,感覺好新穎。Butter chicken $138泰國咖喱食得多,但印度嘅咖喱就比較少食,估唔到都幾有驚喜。佢睇落份量唔大但容量都相當深。味道唔算好辣反而多咗一層印度嘅香料味,而且雞肉同平時食開嘅唔同。呢隻咖喱配飯或者nann 餅會好開胃,好快就會食完。Garlic nann $28今次揀咗蒜蓉味,佢都幾厚身,而且一上枱嘅時候熱辣辣,咬落煙煙韌韌,而且加咗蒜蓉味就更加惹味,初初諗住得3塊好少,但食落都幾飽,本身想再試買原味,不過已經太飽食唔落啦。總括而言,呢間印度餐廳比我想像中更好,而且見到唔少香港人都有幫襯,佢嘅味道迎合到我哋嘅口味,而且環境唔錯,有機會同朋友相約港島聚舊,都會再嚟多次。 continue reading

今日同朋友嚟咗灣仔呢間好大嘅印度餐廳食印度菜,環境氣氛幾好。一開始有免費嘅前菜同醬汁。Chicken Tikka $128Chicken Tikka一直係我嘅最愛,呢度嘅無骨雞肉係以乳酪同埋印度香料,配以傳統古法香燒嘅。本來睇Menu以為得四件,嚟到原來有七大件,好驚喜。雞肉食落好嫩滑,鐵板上面燒到熱辣辣,又美味嘅辣味,再加上檸檬汁,酸酸辣辣,又清新,好食。Boneless pieces of the chicken marinated with yogurt, Indian spices and skewered to perfection in a clay ovenButter Chicken $138朋友唔食辣所以佢叫咗呢個,佢話有蕃茄味。Cheese Stuffed Naan $38呢個Cheese Stuffed Naan唔係拉絲嗰啲芝士,而係naan中間有好多一粒粒嘅香濃芝士,芝士充滿鹹香,好食。一大塊嘅圓形naan切開成四份。口感蓬鬆柔軟,食落充滿麵粉香。Masala tea $30就好似一杯叫左多奶嘅奶茶咁,奶香好重,我鍾意。Masala tea獨有嘅香味都令人想一飲再飲。 continue reading

隱藏喺灣仔呢個舊式唐樓嘅2樓,應該係由印度人主理嘅,大部份侍應都唔係本地人,餐廳嘅裝修風格同埋情調都好有特色!牆身都掛咗好有印度風味嘅poster。未有主菜先嚟餐前小吃,係印度薄脆。超鍾意呢款好似薯片咁嘅脆片,鹹鹹地再加上佢地自己整嘅醬汁,會食上癮!🍴 Goan Fish Curry ($155) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️用左薯仔、辣椒、黑椒同埋咖喱葉慢煮嘅咖哩魚。咖哩唔會好辣,適合香港人嘅口味,魚肉完全冇骨而且幾入味,配上薄餅一齊食就冇得輸!🍴 Cheese Naan (芝士餡餅) + Laccha Parantha (千層酥皮薄餅) ($38 + $28) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️餡餅同薄餅烤到薄脆,唔會整到好燶,調味亦都做得唔錯。雖然餡餅入面嘅芝士唔係好多,冇拉絲嘅效果,但係都食得出芝士嘅味道。.............................. 今日同朋友黎到灣仔食印度菜,上網見到呢個印度菜好多人推薦就黎左一試。6 點岩岩開門去到人唔多,好近地鐵站,係樓上餐廳黎,環境好寬敞。落單後會送上前菜,印度薄脆,好脆口,好似薯片咁,有三種醬料可以點,個人最中意薄荷醬,甜酸醬都唔錯。雞肉串燒,即叫即燒,上黎仲係滋滋聲出哂煙,雞肉好嫩滑,燒得剛剛好,望落雖然以為好辣但食落又唔太辣,岩哂香港人口味,唔錯。naan 點咖哩食超正,naan 由毛巾蓋住上,熱辣辣,夠香夠軟熟,兩個人分岩岩好,一塊其實都已經好大塊,單食其實都已經好香,點埋醬汁更係一流。椰汁芥末煮蝦球,入面好唔少鮮蝦,滿滿蝦肉好新鮮。聽講 mango lassi 好出名所以叫左,果然有驚喜,芒果味好香濃,lassi 係傳統既印度優格,溝埋芒果好似奶昔咁,唔會太甜,好好飲。食緊果陣都發現唔少外國人黎呢度食晚餐,雖然係正宗傳統印度菜,但都幾適合香港人既口味,值得一試。 continue reading
