Restaurant: Pandan Leaf Indonesian Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 常常都吃主流食物,例如日本菜,台灣菜,西餐,今次女朋友落order,轉一轉另一種家鄉口味,所以特意來銅鑼灣這間印尼菜品嚐一下,但由於今天是星期日,很多姐姐都特意來這裏吃他們的家鄉菜,推薦在星期一至五來這裏,因為這間店舖在星期六日和假期有很多menu上的主食也不會提供。立刻開始查理點評!首先是是這杯牛油果飲品,味道夾起來很微妙,不太吃到牛油果的味道,但又不會很甜,也不錯了。65分!花膠湯粉皮,粉皮很嫩滑,配湯一起吃也算不錯。70分!原本我不是吃燒雞飯,但我想吃的東西今天都不提供,所以選擇了燒雞飯,雞肉算滑,配上少量的辣椒汁也不錯,65分。
