To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日嘅糖街好多工人姐姐聚集,我諗係因為呢間店舖比較正宗😌 所以就去咗一試✌️1)) 燒雞班蘭尖塔飯 $98首先個飯幾香,充滿班蘭嘅味道,而且個飯真係尖架😵🤣燒雞嘅味道都幾突出,再加埋秘製嘅醬汁,成件事都好Match。側邊仲有少少蕃茄青瓜同埋一舊嘅炸物,都真係幾正宗😃2)半打串燒雞$88,雞亦都係有醃製過,同埋燒得有少少焦,所以好香口;而且佢嘅花生醬汁亦都好味🤤3)花膠湯粉皮 配炸魚 $108佢嘅花膠湯飲落口好舒服,炸魚亦都幾出色加埋兩大杯嘢飲 $28 桂皮箭葉橙蜜、$28 椰汁黑糯米另外呢度嘅老闆娘都好好態度😃所以即使環境比較狹窄, 都食得開心
