To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 班蘭葉印尼美食經開銅鑼灣,閒日六點已經滿座當中有唔少外籍人士,而印尼店員們全部都係好友善,絕對係滿滿人情味既小店虎蝦花膠湯粉皮虎蝦煎到金黃色,肉質彈牙,蝦味濃郁。花膠湯熱辣辣,仲有好大塊花膠,湯底係好香濃,有豐富既骨膠原之餘但係唔會濟,,仲有少少黏口,非常足料,有豐富骨膠原,粉皮皮薄嫩滑,有啲似腸粉,入口有河粉既滑溜,而且有米漿香同個花膠湯好夾!中間仲會畢到一大片花膠,補一補骨膠原柚子蜜烤雞翼即點即做, 燒雞翼後再塗上柚子蜜再燒, 雞翼帶着柚子香味道帶甜, 柚子的微酸更可肥膩, 是個可口小吃。班蘭沙冰沙冰偏甜一點但係飲得出好重班蘭味
