To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 咁大個女都未食過印尼菜,唯一接觸過嘅就係班蘭蛋糕。而我自己對斑斕葉又唔係太抗拒,所以今晚就捉埋🐢🍯同我嚟試吓呢間已斑斕葉為名嘅印尼菜。舖頭擺設都好有東南亞特色,而且舖頭係有兩公婆打理,老婆係印尼人,所以煮得一手正宗印尼菜,而且呢種小店仲有出邊食唔到嘅味道,就係人情味。佢呢度有三種好特別嘅飯,分別係斑斕飯,黃姜飯,椰漿飯,當然仲有最普通嘅白飯,但係嚟到呢度梗係要試吓啲特色野啦。所以我哋就揀咗個燒雞斑蘭飯。你唔好睇佢個飯係綠色好似好奇怪,但係食落又幾好食,佢會帶有班蘭葉嘅香味,但係唔會有其他你見到佢咁嘅色而幻想出嚟嘅味道。至於佢個燒雞,雞皮燒到脆脆地,個醬汁甜甜地,啲雞髀位都仲好嫩滑,都幾好食。而呢一個飯仲有一個特別嘅地方。就係呢粒臭豆啦,係上菜嘅時候我哋好好奇咁樣問咗老闆呢粒係咩嚟,佢就同我哋講係一種叫臭豆嘅嘢。老闆娘都行埋你同我哋講好臭㗎,食完個口會好臭㗎,雖然佢似電油未但係對身體好有益。冒險家精神當然係要試吓啦,味道確實幾特別,但係都需要啲時間適應下。另外我哋仲帶咗個炸魚黃薑飯,呢條炸魚不得了,出邊炸到脆卜卜,但係啲魚肉仲係好滑好鮮甜,配埋佢個檸檬辣醬,真係好正。至於黃薑飯味道比較淡

另外我哋仲帶咗個炸魚黃薑飯,呢條炸魚不得了,出邊炸到脆卜卜,但係啲魚肉仲係好滑好鮮甜,配埋佢個檸檬辣醬,真係好正。至於黃薑飯味道比較淡,食落唔會有啲咩薑味,但係聞落就好香。

小食方面我哋仲嗌咗牛肉串燒,印尼式嘅沙嗲原來係甜甜地,而佢俾我哋點嘅醬汁亦都係好唔同。

飲品方面不得不讚呢杯芒果沙冰,佢啲沙冰真係打到好幼滑,而且仲落咗少少cream去打,所以就令到個口感好creamy同滑,食落好似雪糕咁,唔會好似出邊啲沙冰咁,飲飲下會結左冰。

另外我哋仲試咗呢杯雙重芒果汁,原來佢係用普通芒果同青芒打成,面頭仲有啲青芒絲,果汁唔會太甜,味道岩岩好。

最後食飽當然唔少得要食甜品啦,嚟到呢度更加唔可以叫班蘭葉蛋糕啦,佢個蛋糕真係做到好鬆軟,而且真係好香斑斕葉嘅香味,真係好好味。

佢呢度除咗堂食,仲有啲包好一盒盒嘅飯同埋其他甜點可以俾你外賣,價錢仲好抵添。
