To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次堅誠意推介🙌🏼聽朋友講開銅鑼灣有間印尼美食小店好正好地道風味!為食嘅我梗係要去試啦😆原條鯽魚花膠湯粉皮:平時唔食魚都覺得勁好味!湯底用上鮮雞淆製清甜鮮味,加上花膠一齊煲膠原蛋白多到爆呀!粉皮好滑,滑到筷子🥢都好難先夾得起😂😂燒原條鯽魚燒到魚皮脆卜卜,少少🤏魚腥味都冇👍🏽👍🏽但d魚肉仲好多肉汁又嫩滑😋石栗馬拉盞炒通菜:夠鑊氣又大碟!個人認為好味過泰式炒多多聲!沙嗲牛串燒:即叫即燒,燒得恰到好處唔會太乾又夠熱!配埋秘製沙嗲醬汁,好味🤤🤤雜菜燒半雞配黃薑飯:呢個要重點推介🙌🏼開頭以為隻雞燒燶咗啦🤭睇真d原來搽咗醬汁燒,雞肉嫩滑肉汁澎湃!我最like呢味個醬汁...辣得嚟甜甜地惹味得零舍唔同第一次食正宗印尼菜🇮🇩總結係另眼相看!一定會再來🤩🤩因為佢哋自家製班蘭蛋糕好早賣晒又未出爐...仲未食到😭
