To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 係銅鑼灣有間印尼餐廳係我最愛, 我成日都去食, 今日約朋友食飯, 見好耐無食, 特登又BOOK左食印尼菜.今日我地3個人一起來食飯, 點了燒牛仔骨花膠湯粉皮, 3串白鱔沙嗲, 一份特色印尼炒飯同埋一份印尼四大天王. 每次來食花膠湯粉皮係必食之一, 因為個花膠湯係勁濃郁足料, 絕對係超抵食同埋女人的恩物, 今次配的燒牛仔骨第一次食, 原來係好好食架. 口感夠煙, 又夠香. 特色印尼炒飯係有蝦片配搭, 同埋揀左兩串雞肉串燒, 飯的面頭有個蛋, 撈埋一起食真係好夠香夠味, 雞串大大舊肉, 送飯岩岩好呀.四大天王更係菜式十分豐富, 也是必食推介, 有四個菜, 有雞,牛菜都有. 真係可以試晒幾種口味. 呢度平時都好FULL好多人來, 如果想來呢度食就記得BOOK定位啦.
