To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同朋友行經銅鑼灣,被這印尼食店的食品吸引,決定要試試!入到黎真係好友印尼氣息,店員們全程都好有禮貌,坐得又舒服,我哋兩個人總共叫了四個小菜,樣樣都抵食又好味,唔使去印尼都食到印尼菜嘅😍🤟🏻印尼花膠湯班蘭雞粉皮聽個名都已經好有氣勢,花膠湯底真係落足料,飲落去清香,仲有淡淡的甘香味,班蘭雞滑中不韌,炒皮爽滑可口,perfect😛印尼四大天王飯斑斕飯落咗斑斕汁,味道清爽香甜,裏邊仲有雞肉、巴東牛肉、蕃茄沙甸魚,魚同肉嘅肉質鮮嫩,配住濃濃嘅香料離食,味道超夾,好特別,值得食🤩印尼小食拼盤拼盤有炸雞翼、炸秋葵、炸豆腐、爭矮瓜,炸物炸到脆卜卜,貼住我最愛既泰式辣醬嚟食jeng❤️柱皮箭葉果蜜+箭葉果混吉蜜兩杯嘢飲都好清甜,但又唔會太甜,味道好fresh😍

聽個名都已經好有氣勢,花膠湯底真係落足料,飲落去清香,仲有淡淡的甘香味,班蘭雞滑中不韌,炒皮爽滑可口,perfect😛
