To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 老朋友外國返來過暑假，當然要帶佢食好西。今次帶佢食正宗北京菜-北京老家，朋友讚囗不絕。餐館裝修很古色古香，很有中國風。食物也很正宗，食、香、味俱全。老家心靈美一絲絲醃製蘿蔔絲，很適合夏天食，酸酸甜甜很開胃，而且呢度菜嘅名很有詩意。午門面青用新鮮准山炒豬頸肉，很惹味。准山很爽口，原來用准山炒餸係咁好食，豬頸肉很嫰滑，好食到一個人食咗大半碟，朋友也食到Lam Lam 脷。大娘燒肉餅餅底熱辣辣，很香脆，餡料超多，味道一流。蕃茄蛋麵份量很足，很大碗，兩個share 食啱啱好。老佛爺米糕外脆內軟，味道一流。
