To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

睇番介紹,「弄堂」即指上海小巷,上海弄堂是指品嘗上海家庭小菜的地方,用相傳已久的獨特秘方,所以味道正宗,堅守不本地化的理念,一直想品嚐正宗上海菜的我被吸引入去。店內修橫有一種古典氣息,有別緻的旋轉風扇,有描繪着舊上海的素描畫,亦有圓枱雅座,刻着詩詞歌賦的藝術品,有一種置身於老上海的感覺。蒜香排骨擔擔麵($94)擔擔麵喜愛吃辣的我叫了擔擔麵小辣,避免太辣會影響原本的味道,麵底是幼麵,麵質較軟,會發現麵條有細心剪過,容易食用,麵上有鋪滿花生碎、肉粒和香蔥佐以食用,湯底有淡淡的香味,調味適中,不會太濃。蒜香排骨排骨以酥炸方式烹調,炸皮和肉的比例適中,不會過厚,每一塊排骨都鋪滿炸蒜粒,口感酥脆,特別惹味,建議和擔擔麵配搭一齊食用,食多幾塊口感都唔會太乾。小棠菜豬肉餛飩麵($65)聽講菜肉餛飩是上海特色小吃,而且店內標榜是手工餛飩,當然要試一試,其餡料主要用絞碎的豬肉和切粒的小棠菜,餛飩皮嫩滑、有彈性,隻隻皮薄餡靚,餡料的份量絕不遜色。小籠飽(4隻)($54)上海菜當然唔少得小籠包,每次食都會擔心整穿外皮流晒啲汁,今次竟然隻隻都成功無穿皮,濃濃的湯汁和肉球在口內爆發,十分滋味,建議點上醋會更加開
