今日有朋自遠方來,上次帶咗佢食海鮮,似乎意猶未盡。今次佢未嚟已經話想請返我食海鮮,今次就試吓燒海鮮~餐廳室內設計有一番心思,木製嘅支柱橫樑、粗麻繩同稻草織成嘅燈飾掛飾、隨處可見嘅日本清酒酒樽酒桶、中間四個玻璃藍色魚缸,感覺好似去咗日本海邊海鮮店咁。【芒果乳酸】同【巨峰乳酸】都幾大杯,清涼解渴之餘又開胃。巨峰乳酸甜度啱啱好,芒果乳酸就稍為淡咗啲,芒果味唔突出。前菜叫咗【煙肉菠菜沙律】,新鮮沙律菜配酸酸哋嘅沙律汁,仲有新鮮多汁蕃茄仔、脆卜卜嘅煙肉粒提味。真係愈食愈想食。【特上壽司盛】總共十一款壽司。左口魚同金目鯛都經過火炙,左口魚就魚油豐富、金目鯛魚味濃郁,配合火炙後微焦味道,鮮味中帶香口。牡丹蝦壽司連埋成隻蝦頭攞碟,爽口得嚟帶點膠質,口感不錯。三文魚一睇就知油脂超豐富,油香久久不散,正。不過我最鍾意都係海膽壽司,份量多又厚,極鮮甜絕冇異味,肯定係靚海膽嚟。【蟹味噌甲羅燒】甲羅燒絕對係「賣飛佛」,食浜燒必叫。店員先將蟹膏、蟹籽、香蔥、鵪鶉蛋喺蟹蓋裡面撈起,然後放上爐燒。燒出嚟聞到濃烈蟹膏味,啖啖軟滑蟹膏,大滿足!【活貝盛合】四大活貝,每種都大大粒,隻鮑魚仲郁緊㗎,新鮮到一個點。店員會連殻燒
