成日經過十和田門口都會見到有人排隊,今次有機會試下佢有幾巴閉😎十和田的壽司食飯有點特別,係用左赤醋飯,而且用酒粕發酵,所以比一般醋飯香。人人都食的三色丼,包括海膽/蟹肉蟹膏/呑拿魚蓉。海膽採用日本馬糞,無腥味,加兩滴䜴油已經食得,都算幾新鮮。蟹肉蟹膏用料不手軟,多到差d跌出來。呑拿魚蓉無筋,加了大蔥碎更香口。廚師精選壽司拼盤,集合了十幾件當季最新鮮好味的壽司,件件都高質,一個人食絕對係大滿足。鰻魚又長又大條,飽滿多汁。貝類壽司特別甜,有少少驚喜。仲有壽司店好少會見到的鵝肝,好肥美跟壽司拼盤有充滿蘿蔔香的味噌湯同茶碗蒸,滑不溜口。
