To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 位於尖沙咀的新派素食餐廳,主調以紫色為主,帶點公主感覺,有別於一般的素食餐廳,餐牌選擇多款及新潮,有不同國家的菜式,如泰國菜式、意大利薄餅、印度咖喱煎餅、中式甜品等等。散點菜式:素瑤柱桂花賽螃蟹素翅材料有豆芽菜、蛋白、素火腿、素瑤柱等,豆芽菜爽口,味道鮮味,且十分下飯。飯麵:泰式素大哈炒金邊粉金邊粉味道酸甜,微微帶辣,較為開胃。麵條彈牙,有口感。其他配料還有雞蛋、豆乾、豆芽、野菌等,上面以兩隻天婦羅炸素蝦點綴,不過炸得有點乾硬。飯麵:黑松露素海鮮炒飯炒飯粒粒分明,炒得有鑊氣,充滿濃烈的黑松露味道,配上素海鮮,材料豐富。
