To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由細食到大嘅車仔麵，以前讀書時期就成日嚟食，每次都要排好耐好耐嘅隊，條龍超長。我好耐都冇嚟食啦，今次嚟食，這裡變咗好多，下午四點半來食，都係咁多人食，車仔麵係香港人好鍾意食嘅食物其中之一。我哋買咗兩個四餸，叫咗豬腸，豬紅，魷魚雞翼，牛筋，牛肚加粗面，叫咗個熱奶茶同埋熱咖啡。因為我同朋友都好鍾意食豬腸同牛肚，所以兩個人都有叫，食車仔麵，每次都必定叫豬腸就好乾淨，好好味呀，個豬紅，超好味，有小小甜，豬紅入晒味，超鍾意食，個雞翼好好味呀，好入味㗎，個魷魚猶就好爽口，牛筋都好入味，但就無牛腩，我個朋友都鍾意食，她第一次，她是外國人，她覺得好好味。我們食少少辣，都已經好辣，個汁好好食，車仔麵個水準同以前一樣都係咁好食。個奶茶同咖啡都有茶餐廳嘅水準
