To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 啱啱同老婆落機,去完旅行番黎,緊係食埋嘢先番屋企啦。最後都選擇咗翠華,一入到去,環境畀我哋想像中污糟,檯面有好似冇清潔過咁,到叫嘢食嘅時候,已經舉晒手,幾個職員喺度傾緊計,明明睇到.....都當睇你唔到。 我地叫咗個晚餐(和風照燒豚肉意粉)同埋一碗魚旦、魚片頭米線。啲嘢食黎啦,跟餐個牛油豬仔包好硬, 至於個意粉就冇乜汁,到杯凍檸茶,明明已經叫咗少甜,但係嚟到都好甜,下次都係叫佢啲糖水,分開上就穩陣啲。最後個魚蛋,魚片頭米線:個湯底完全冇味,另外啲米線仲好硬,完全未熟透。
