To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳主打日式料理,食物質素有保證,不論壽司、串燒、鐵板燒、關西燒都樣樣出色,環境衛生舒適,係傾計談心既好聚腳點。善之水特別純米酒,味道冇其他日本酒強烈既味道,口感順滑細膩,入口後較易蒸發而減少影響後續其他菜式既味道。鐵板海鮮盛合以鐵板烹煮鮑魚、蝦肉、帶子等新鮮海鮮,味道特別有調味剛剛好,特別有鐵板既鑊氣,配搭金菇、開胃配菜。一杯關西燒有別一般關西燒,食落感覺輕盈無負擔,特別之處內有牛筋,口感軟熟彈牙,廚師推介壽司包括海膽壽司、吞拿魚蓉壽司、三文魚壽司等,擺盤精美,每個壽司都係廚師選用時令既新鮮魚生製作。大牛油蜆石頭鍋以牛油烹煮大蜆,蜆肉大隻飽滿,煮熟後肉質仍然鮮嫩,味道清甜有鮮味。白身魚石鍋鯛魚湯湯底雪白香濃,有濃郁既魚湯香味,白身魚肉質嫩滑,石鍋能有效保持其溫度,飲落十弟暖胃。雞中翼分開兩節骨方便食用,雞肉焦香多汁,肉汁有效鎖住雞肉內。宮崎豚肉串 宮崎豚肉油脂豐富,彈性極佳,配搭柚子香味減輕左豚肉既油膩感。雞肉明太子串明太子鋪滿雞肉串表面,配搭起來味道和諧。燒翠玉瓜火候剛剛好,軟熟多汁。豚肉露筍卷露筍味道甘甜,軟熟多汁,豚肉燒得焦香滋味。
