星期日嘅中午,訂咗兩位喺尖沙咀嘅商廈,上樓食日本菜。地點好易搵,就喺厚福街樓上~~呢間餐廳有兩層,一層喺20樓,另一層喺18樓,我哋今日就喺20樓用餐~~坐喺吧枱位,可以望住日本料理師傅整嘢食~仲可以同師傅交流下飲食心得~~日本真蠔(令和之怪物),有成隻手掌咁大呀,好肥美😍😍😍問咗師傅點解呢一個生蠔叫做「令和之怪物」,原來係因為今年日本嘅年號係令和,而呢款生蠔嘅品種就係叫「怪物」。成隻手咁大嘅生蠔🖐🏻宮崎縣超甜粟米,生嘅粟米平時真係好少有機會食,原來係超甜超多汁架!簿切密甘鯛,呢款鯛魚嘅肉質好爽口,配埋酸酸甜甜嘅醬汁好開胃,呢個鯛魚刺身真係會食到停唔到口嘅,十分推介!鏗魚沙律,大大個蕃茄,仲有好多沙律菜,食落好清新,鏗魚都好有口感~辣味噌和牛腹,其實味道唔太辣,好容易入口,和牛腹嘅質感好似牛腩咁,配埋蘿白就好似食緊港式嘅蘿蔔牛腩~~跟住就試吓啲燒物啦,第一款係A5 和牛串,冇乜太大驚喜。第二款係雞軟骨串燒,不過不失~最後一款係鹽燒三文魚腩,魚油味好香。整體黎講,鮨一比較出色於刺身冷盤類別,個人認為燒物屬合格水平。今餐食左大約$1200,每人$600。
