To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 💛好味指數:4.5/5💛💜回頭指數:4.5/5💜位於中環嘅一間樓上素食店，同傳統素食店嘅感覺好唔同，充滿植物佈置，感覺好健康🍀✅日本小山園抹茶Bagel$32呢排好熱愛Bagel，仲要有我中意嘅抹茶味，梗係要試下，呢度嘅Bagel唔算好大件，我比較中意有餡料，呢款主要係純Bagel，但係抹茶味好香，Bagel外皮好脆，口感都唔錯🥯✅泰式小食拼盤$188沙嗲雞、雞腿、魚餅、春卷、黃豆脆餅各3件，食嘅時候真係似到唔記得咗自己食緊素，最似就係沙嗲雞串🐔而且小食拼盤同平時嘅泰式風味一模一樣，唔講應該唔知係素食🤣🤣樣樣都好好食，最正係扮雞腿嘅腐皮卷，入面全部都係腐皮，口感豐富😋✅草莓朱古力蛋糕$68蛋糕都幾大件🍰口感同普通蛋糕有小小唔同，但係味道都唔錯，朱古力味好濃🍫🐻總結臨走時留意到座位旁邊有個盒子，餐廳和其他機構合作提倡環保意識，可以自製VR眼鏡👓網上觀看相關片段，都幾有趣🪴📍本原純素 (中環)中環威靈頓街112-114號新威大廈1樓102-103號舖
