和媽媽食飯,她最喜歡吃中菜,有喜愛辣,所以我選了川府宴和媽媽撐枱腳。我點了擔擔麵(傳統乾式撈),擔擔麵用了很多麻醬,花生芝麻味濃郁,加上蔥花為配料,滋味無窮。涼拌雞絲粉皮,是我最愛的川菜之一,因為涼拌菜都很開胃,而且有青瓜絲,立時更加清新健康。炸饅頭(半打 ),這個炸饅頭外脆內軟,但不會渣得過乾,作為甜品也不錯。家常炒萵筍,吃飯必定要有蔬菜類,這個萵筍不是到處都有得吃,廚師也吵得很具鑊氣,微辣更加好吃。蔥爆安格斯牛肉,意想不到牛肉的份量多達鋪滿整個碟,的確是十分抵食,而且牛肉的肉質嫩滑,蔥爆更加香口惹味。
