今晚約咗朋友去荃灣紅葉茶屋食晚餐,餐廳裝修簡約,設有榻榻米座位,好岩打卡。前菜,豆腐魚餅同番茄胡麻沙律金黃色嘅魚餅外皮煎得微微焦脆。咬落去先係脆口,混入豆腐嘅雙重嫩滑。沙律用上車厘茄,胡麻醬香濃但唔膩,清新開胃。豪華和牛肉壽喜燒定食壽喜湯汁仲咕嚕咕嚕咁滾緊。和牛紋理分明,肉質柔嫩,同壽喜燒汁完美融合。配日本珍珠米飯,撈埋流心溫泉蛋,非常好味。照燒三文魚定食三文魚皮煎得脆卜卜,魚肉保持住嫩滑,加配嘅旬之野菜,清甜爽脆,正好平衡三文魚豐富嘅油脂。和風炸雞盛合炸得恰到好處,雞全翼嘅調味帶微微蒜香,擠上檸檬汁後更加開胃。
