To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. .📍 渝痴漁醉 📍香港銅鑼灣記利佐治街1號金百利廣場8樓R1號舖點了午市任食雞煲放題(88hkd)、海蜇手撕雞(68hkd)和涼拌牛柏葉(55hkd)🙈放題已包含所有放在凍櫃的配料,有蟹柳、肥牛、五花肉、雞件、年糕、金針菇、芋頭、薯粉⋯超多,飲品也是任飲😍在銅鑼灣算是很親民的價錢🤩麻辣雞煲我選了小辣,基本上煮到蓋子剛冒煙就可以開吃,這樣才可以吃到最嫩的肉質,雞肉整體的顏色很深,每塊雞肉都充滿醬汁🥰但我最期待還是加水煮火鍋😋因為它本身的醬汁就很濃郁,煮火鍋後也不太需要辣醬或豉油調味😝個人覺得必加的是芋頭、蟹肉和五花肉🥰#foodiblum中式

麻辣雞煲我選了小辣,基本上煮到蓋子剛冒煙就可以開吃,這樣才可以吃到最嫩的肉質,雞肉整體的顏色很深,每塊雞肉都充滿醬汁🥰但我最期待還是加水煮火鍋😋因為它本身的醬汁就很濃郁,煮火鍋後也不太需要辣醬或豉油調味😝個人覺得必加的是芋頭、蟹肉和五花肉🥰
