To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 閒日晚上7點幾左右到店堂食， 自助落單比錢拎野食同回收盤。 要求顧客自律回收不是問題，但請店員都行出黎抹下枱啊。 就係因為無抹枱,枱面好多乾左既湯同野飲。 環境又有蚊又有污英，一邊食一邊痕啊。 自選三餸車仔麵 連河粉都要加$2 ， 有一大半既餸都係要加$2，$4，$6 。 牛丸兩粒，韮菜餃兩隻，陳皮魚蛋5粒 麵 $56。 份量當然係唔飽 。 如果要飽 應該要食過百蚊。 貴得離譜之如要求顧客全自助但環境又差。 水吧連收銀4個人 ， 都無人抹枱。 永無下次！食物味道真係一般 唔明點解可以賣咁貴 。
