To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 未開始食野,等入座已經伏味濃,經Openrice booked 1:15pm, 準時去到,佢話等人地埋單, 結果等到 1:55pm先可以入座,佢地根本無理到1:15pm 有幾多檯會埋單,總之有人book 1:15pm 來者不拒,由得人地佛系等有人埋單,好多1:15pm嘅人鼓噪, 因為佢地係2:15pm past order。 落order 方面,佢仲要瘋狂cut我地單, 你鐘意嘅點心無論你寫幾多,都係俾人頭數量你地,原本唔緊要,可惜我地1:55pm 入座 但佢地2:15pm last order, 我地第1輪點心未到,就已經last order, 當我地發現佢cut咗我地第一輪好多野時,已經截咗單好耐,無得追加返, 好離譜!最後,我幾個都食唔飽。點心種類極少,小炒ok但唔夠熱,炒粉麵飯直程係凍的,明顯裡面炒定放一段時間。 點心水準中下, 甜品類failed。 唯一可取,係個打卡靚景,如果你好彩有窗邊位的說。
