旺角The Forest開咗咁耐,我呢次都係第一次去咋,成個大鄉里咁,商場入面唔多餐廳,所以我同友人好快就鎖定咗呢間餐廳,好彩預先訂了座,如果唔係應該有排等,因為去到時,門口都幾多人吓~友人係龍蝦die hard fan,一睇menu,二話不說就揀咗香草牛油龍蝦 · 冬蔭芝士耳型粉 $158,呢個價錢,有半隻龍蝦食都叫唔錯了,仲要佢嘅香草牛油味非常香濃,將龍蝦嘅鮮味昇華咗🧚🏻‍♀️ 耳型粉原本就比較難煮得入味,原本期望不大,但又唔係喎,每片都沾有冬蔭味,雖然唔係好濃烈嘅,但都夠香口,唔會話好淡味👍🏻泰式大蝦炒金邊粉 $138 直頭係賣飛佛❣️ 大蝦夠大,蝦有蝦味😂 認真,蝦肉唔霉,夠新鮮,金邊粉雖然偏濕,但味道真係超班,未加青檸汁已經有酸味 (我超鍾意酸啊🥰) 而且炒出嚟唔油,令我同友人爭住食🤤惹味拼盤 (小) $92 包括有:菠蘿雞翼、豬頸肉、青檸雞槌、炸雞卷、魚餅,青檸雞翼超級出色,肉嫩,再加上青檸味酸酸哋,減少左油膩感,亦能帶出雞嘅鮮味,係成個惹味拼盤最好食嘅🥰飲品叫咗一杯泰式珍珠奶茶奶蓋 $48,茶味比台式飲品香濃好多,完全feel到異國風情😂 (Sorry誇張咗)需加一服務費,埋
