冬日 BBQ 好玩又好吃,但係自己要動手,太忙沒時間,食日式串燒可以很梳乎,安座等有得食,開放廚房,見到師傅燒自己點的食物,未食已流口水。高木串燒技巧非常好,全部食物都嫩,今晚食咗12款野,我最喜歡牛,牛舌超級厚,嘩啦,咁大件,應該好難燒得好,但完全難不到師傅,香嫩多汁,一啲都唔會靱。安格斯牛肉粒,好似內心粉紅,完美的效果,嫩到出汁,並保持牛肉嘅咬口。我好鍾意食魚,燒鱔、油金魚餃必食,皮脆肉滑,好香好好吃。呢道細細間,勝在氣氛好,兩個人,每人三百食到飽,合理。
