To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同事生日，大家訂左觀塘一間人氣燒肉火鍋放題，為同事慶生。校長燒肉日韓料理包羅萬有，刺身、熟食、點心、燒烤、火鍋、甜品，啤酒汽水任飲任食。餐廳佔地相當大。設有大型自助區，分門別類放有不同種類的食物，每個區有專人負責，乾淨衛生。燒烤區的食材已經醃好。食物高質而且好入味。火鍋區有齊肉類、丸類、菇類等新鮮火鍋食材，還有熟食、點心區和甜品區都有不少種類食物。另外放題升級可以任食刺身、手切頂級牛肉、芝麻雞翼、芝士年糕、名牌雪糕雪條和生啤，超抵！
