美國安格斯頂級牛腹肉 9 安士配薯菜,牛腹肉唔會燒得過熟,肉里保留少少紅,配簡單海鹽添味或不加已足夠。喜歡餐廳配薯條及沙律。另一主菜挑選了軟殼蟹黑蒜忌廉汁意大利飯,軟殼蟹炸至干脆,意大利飯份量大,香香忌廉汁,配黑蒜忌廉很新鮮!加配了兩客48元的升級頭盤包括魷魚配西班牙辣肉腸沙律,兩個風馬牛不相及的配料,反而夾得很,魷魚爽脆,辣肉腸有咬口,一咸一淡,配合簡單橄欖油沙律汁很開胃。另一頭盤則是溫泉蛋配松露忌汁炒雜菌,溫泉蛋簡單調味,撈埋雜菌及麵包粒吃,啖啖麵有溫泉味的調和。
