好多人都以為學校餐廳都一定唔好食,有咁嘅概念嘅你,實在太大錯特錯啦。我同男朋友去左探個浸大嘅朋友,意外發元現左個環境氣氛都相當唔錯嘅餐廳。餐廳嘅環境相當舒適,桌同桌之嘅距離適宜,走廊亦都相當寬闊,唔會俾人壓迫感,燈光柔和舒服,外面仲可以望到浸大嘅草地,如果無落雨的話,坐出露天雅座都係唔錯嘅選擇。我同男朋友叫左個9 Oz牛腹肉($168),波士頓龍蝦龍蝦汁意粉($188)。其中一個餐我地加左$38升級左做湯套餐,而另外一份加左$68升級做晚市套餐。湯套餐會有個餐湯同埋餐飲配;而晚市套餐就有餐湯、餐飲同跟左一份前菜,前菜我地就簡左溫泉蛋,粉雜菌,松露忌廉。餐廳嘅餐包有2款,一款係圓型波波有芝麻嘅,另一款就係長條型迷你法包,餐廳口感係外硬內軟,搽牛油係熱辣辣嘅餐包度,夠哂白香口。餐湯係蕃茄雜菜湯,湯好充料非常濃稠,有紅蘿蔔、洋蔥、西芹、羅勒等,香味好獨特,而味道酸酸甜甜,有趣。63度溫泉蛋配松露忌廉汁炒雜菌,未吉個蛋之前,隔住蛋白見到D蛋黃好似隨時要跌落黎咁,未食已經覺得好正,雜菌切粒,再同松露忌廉汁一齊煮,味道好濃本身已經好香,再吉穿隻蛋,將D蛋液同湯汁Mix埋一齊,加令D炒雜菌口感更加滑溜。平時食牛多數都係食肉眼、西冷,今次我地就聽餐廳職員意見叫左牛腹肉,1腺肉相對黎講少D脂肪無咁油膩,但係牛味更濃,口感相對結實D,但絕對唔會覺得係鞋口,呢個牛呢個部位值得一試!伴碟有即炸薯條,薯條大大條,入面好多薯仔蓉,卜卜脆得黎又唔會覺得自己齋食炸漿,好食,我叫左幾轉茄汁,完美KO成盤菜!波士頓龍蝦龍蝦汁意粉($188),一上權我地就已經嘩嘩叫,事關呢個價位有咁大隻龍蝦食,實在非常幸福!龍蝦非常好肉地,啖啖肉,而且好新鮮,唔會食到有苦味同腥味,上面仲有三重芝士,拉哂絲,真係好邪惡呀!我男朋友食野快過我,以9秒9嘅速度食哂隻蝦,笑死我!意粉同樣好食,佢係用龍蝦汁炒意粉,意粉硬度剛好,D醬汁充份咁吸哂入意粉度,但炒得好乾身,好香口,好好食。唔係浸大朋友介紹,我地都唔知有個咁好嘅地方,下次有紀念日都可以考慮再黎呢度食多次。 continue reading

去浸大搵朋友食dinner,如果唔係朋友講,真係唔會知呢到有間西餐廳~呢到環境都幾寧靜,燈光光亮,係到傾group project都唔錯~叫主菜可加$38升為湯套餐,套餐包括餐湯和餐飲各一我和朋友都選擇升級為湯套餐🤗order完食物後,服務員就上了餐包給我們,餐包硬身而脆口,而且仲係熱的,查完牛油都馬上給溶化🤤蘭度豆湯平時出街多數飲開紅湯或白湯,今次好奇地來個蘭度豆湯,聞說中東很出名~我覺得蘭度豆湯既味道就好似咖哩味加豆蓉咁樣,湯係比較結身個種~白酒忌廉汁青口配烤薯條 很喜歡它的青口,酒味不重,忌廉汁好creamy,再放了紫洋葱絲去烹調,味道不錯美國頂級安格斯肉眼9oz 餐廳做緊精選牛扒限定優惠,肉眼原本$268,依加推廣價$168我們叫左7成熟~肉眼扒薄身易切,面頭仲有d燒汁醬,醬汁味道微苦,伴碟的還有沙律菜跟薯條~德薩斯州式BBQ烤雞薄餅很喜歡BBQ醬跟芝士醬既味道,面頭仲有d雞肉、洋葱和青紅椒絲~最後餐茶就叫左熱檸水,檸檬都有4片~ continue reading

今天晚上相約了一位在浸大讀書的朋友食飯,因為她在校有活動,所以她說不如在學校食,也好,很久沒有來過這所學校。她相約我來到這間西餐廳食,估唔到星期日晚上都座無虛席,而且有學生,也有外國交流生,也有一家大小的在這裡吃飯。餐廳環境都算幾大,而且是開放式廚房。我們二人加錢轉了做dinner set,加$38有湯同飲品,而加$68有湯、沙律同埋飲品。麵包有兩款,一款是小法包,另一款是有麥片在面頭的麵包,兩者都幾鬆軟,而且後者有少少甜甜的。黑松露忌廉什菌湯,湯味道都幾濃而且唔會太稀身,什菌蓉都幾多,所以幾有口感。大蝦沙律,蝦有幾粒,醬汁似千島醬但帶有微辣,幾特別!美國頂級安格斯肉眼9oz($168),肉眼唔算好厚,但都幾juicy,而且牛肉味都幾濃,醬汁味道都唔錯,能夠帶起牛的味道。還附有粗薯條,外脆內軟,鹽份都好夠!香煎三文魚大蒜忌廉汁意大利飯($168),三文魚肉已混入意大利飯當中,三文魚有稍稍煎過,所以有點香口。意大利飯唔會好傑身,飯面還有些芝士碎,提起飯香。最後飲品點了凍檸檬茶,是自行落糖漿的,所以唔怕太甜。這間餐廳食物唔算太貴,也是一個在校園區的好選擇! continue reading

好朋友每星期都有幾晚喺浸會大學返學,星期五嘅晚上約咗佢食飯,佢推薦有間地中海菜餐廳「Bistro Bon」,就二話不說喺呢度晚飯了我自己好少食地中海菜,原來其實同西餐大同小異~都有牛扒、意粉等等選擇荔枝乳酪特飲朋友叫左呢杯特飲,面上奶白色的乳酪酸酸甜甜,好開胃!底下仲有清新香甜嘅荔枝特飲,夏日消暑啱晒凱撒沙律沙律醬份量適中,羅馬生菜好碧綠,新鮮又爽脆。面上仲有煙肉粒、香草、芝士碎同牛油麵包粒,好香口,仲增添左口感南瓜湯橙黃色的南瓜湯質地比較稀,但都充滿著忌廉奶香同南瓜嘅香甜,好好飲啊美國安格斯頂級牛腹肉肉眼同西冷牛扒就食得多,今次見到呢度有牛腹肉就點左黎試試!大約有5-6片,生熟程度剛好,肉質都幾結實,入口係香濃嘅牛肉味!伴碟仲有金黃香脆又邪惡嘅粗薯條,薯味香濃,好味道!溫泉蛋卡邦尼意粉卡邦尼醬汁濃稠度適中,充滿忌廉奶油香。意粉好Al Dente,有麵粉香,能掛汁,將流心溫泉蛋伴進意粉裡食用更加滋味~ continue reading

是日到浸大聽講座,和友人在附近食個晚飯!見到呢間Bristro Bon幾吸引就入去醫肚!係校園應該質素不錯呢,餐廳環境都幾大都幾闊落優閒的。🔸附送的麵包Order 食物後店員就端上了暖暖的兩款麵包🥯。麵包新鮮夠鬆軟的還有兩盒小牛油!🔸黃金炸魷魚好香的咸蛋黃味,野味的小食!皮夠脆咸咸地都幾入味,魷魚🦑夠新鮮,好食😋🔸美國安格斯頂級肉眼配薯菜份量都幾大塊,安格斯肉眼五成熟剛剛好,肉質夠淋幾鮮嫩同 juicy😋不錯呢!啖啖肉個人認為唔需要點醬汁都好食呢!伴碟還有炸得很香脆既薯條及新鮮沙律🥗菜🔸法式脆皮乳豬仔配青蘋果蓉醬很有份量而且賣相幾靚,乳豬皮燒得微蕉很香很脆,肉卻很鮮嫩啖啖肉很野味,很邪惡的一道呢,要贊一下這個秘制青蘋果蓉醬跟乳豬仔很配合是酸酸甜甜的,食落一d都唔肥膩😋👍🏻🔸自家製藍梅芝士餅玫瑰味幾出,這芝士蛋糕是他們自家制的味道不錯,有水準而且賣相都幾靚厄like一流👍🏻 continue reading
